This course provides an overview of MSC Shipboard Automated Maintenance Management System (SAMM), Port Engineering System (PENG), Logbook, and Shipslog and their associated benefits for MSC. This course is not intended to explore performing functions in SAMM, PENG, Logbook, and Shipslog. Students interested in such matters should refer to the SAMM Afloat and Ashore QRG Manuals and/or attend other training courses that cover SAMM, PENG, Logbook, and Shipslog.
